This is an important update to the Platform Practice.  Due to energetic instability on the planet we are adding an Intergalactic component to the Platform Practice.  This component improves our grounding,  energetic stability and resilience.  We also varied how we connect to the Earth of us, adding One Great Hoop to the embodiment portion of the Practice.  A very important call to listen to again and again.  At the end of the call, there is a shorter version of the Practice.
