This is a seminal Law call.  Here we discuss the need to shift all of the Laws for Johnson  Canyon, The Tsangpo Gorge and North Iceland and then we follow it up with the transmissions.  This is all a consequence of the Great Leap that we were afforded by all of the eclispses in August.
